The Challenge

Dr. Nirav Savalia wanted to refresh his branding to attract and connect with a more youthful, southern California crowd who were looking for aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery. His existing brand was established a decade ago when his practice was more focused on reconstructive surgery.

The Solution

Through our deep-dive brand discovery process, Pinpoint worked to identify NBCPS’s hallmarks to reflect authentic positioning for the practice. Our refresh went incredibly deep, addressing just about every touchpoint where patients could experience the brand–on-line, in print, and for digital distribution.
