The Solution

Patients feel invested in the practice by engaging with Dr. Bonakdar’s exclusive brand.

Pinpoint collaborated with Dr. Bonakdar to create an elegant experience for her patients - from wall murals throughout the practice, to branded mouse pads at each workstation - every inch of the environment keeps patients connected to a luxurious experience. When a patient purchases their proprietary private label MonBon clinical skin care regimen, it is packaged in a classy black alligator leather cosmetic bag procured by Pinpoint.

When they leave with their Patient Welcome folder filled with their individualized treatment plan, printed by Pinpoint’s premier print partners, it’s accented with gold leaf logos to look and feel chic and sophisticated. Pinpoint adopts “5 E’s” into our engagement strategy: Make it Exquisite, Educational, Endearing, Exceptional, and Enduring - communicating to patients that they can expect world-class care and aesthetic treatments that deliver superior results. When patients step into Bonakdar Aesthetics, they feel like they’re in a luxurious, pampering retreat, not in a stuffy medical practice.

Pinpoint developed branded assets that focused on the details of client engagement. We created the promise of sophisticated elegance that captured the essence of Dr. Bonakdar and her practice. Clients are immediately engaged with the appearance of the space, well-appointed details at every turn, informative and polished materials, and a sensation of luxury they won’t find anywhere else.
