Long-time client patientNOW needed to create a series of e-blasts to introduce their 900+ users to the new features and functionality of their new release software and get them signed up for training courses to learn how to use the new tools.
Pinpoint helped patientNOW brand an “online training academy” featuring six courses spread over a two month period. The academy launched with a mobile “intro” e-blast and was followed by six in-depth course offerings with direct registration. Finally, all attendees received a follow-up e-blast after attending courses. New product features were communicated in a fun, infographic e-blast and supported by a more detailed printed sales slick.
Course attendance was very high, with over 100+ users attending in each training session offered.
