Medspa & Aesthetics Grand Opening,
Southlake, TX

Partners for Sante Medical Aesthetics.
The Challenge
Create a holiday patient appreciation and grand opening event for premier medical aesthetic center, Sante Southlake. Event needed to be highly branded and thematic to break through clutter during this peak season.
The Solution
A “Winter Wonderland” theme was created to convey a magical tone and flavor. The theme was carried through electronic e-vites as well as printed “in-the- mail” invitations for their VIP audience. Large posters and table tent fliers were positioned around the practice and in the community. Branded raffle cards, treatment and pricing signage, and gift cards rounded out the wonderland theme.
The Result
This grand opening event hosted nearly 200 attendees and closed significant business.
