Create a robust patient loyalty program that included services and treatments from the entire Belcara Health suite, including dermatology, ophthalmology, wellness, and aesthetics. The program also needed to have equal appeal to both women and men.
The naming strategy of “BHBlue Loyalty Rewards” reinforced the overall practice branding and utilized “all patient” photography in marketing materials, making a strong case for a loyal fan base. Four tiers were offered, bringing in benefits from every suite of service. The first tier was complimentary and granted to patients undergoing surgery in the practice. They used this level as an excellent surgical close tool and a point of differentiation from their competitors.
Although this program is newly launched, feedback tells us the program has been very popular and well-received by patients.
